In parody form, I actually see 2 or 3 of the same people comment daily on these posts, to the point where they can only be stockpiling them with no actual action. Typically people who build automations aren’t great at spending their time speaking to customers, and vice versa - those who do both are the unicorns. I’m here to help create more unicorns with my services.

As someone who's built automations for 20+ years and have (in the last 6 months) built actual automation systems + backend + front end AI tools for my own start up business whilst consulting on lead gen for tech scale ups… I’m battled scarred, and I can promise you I’ve tested most templates, most tools and most low-code AI configurations.

With regard to free Agent templates, I’m now going to break the ice, poop the party and show you what actually happens after you get that precious Linkedin DM. I’m tired of vacant promises, so here's the rub - what you'll REALLY need to do after clicking download:

Technical (yep, sorry):

1. Set up n8n on a server (the "no technical setup" path exists - it just costs 10x more and does 50% less, and your automation will fail at 2am)

2. Configure 15+ fragile API connections that break constantly, know where to repair/diagnose

3. Build lead scoring logic - if you don't score your leads, everything else is left to chance. It's a 'you' job

4. Ensure email deliverability and avoid spam filters - I've started using a great tool for this, but this has historically been TOUGH

5. Write custom JavaScript to clean scraped data that's 60% garbage (or do it yourself for 3-4 hr per week)

Data (this is precious and therefore not easy):

1. Scrape company sites or LinkedIn without triggering bot detection - there are tons of great automation tools out there but they are fairly fragile

2. Crawl news sites for company trigger events - LLMs do this but you'd require a 10/10 prompt and then still verify
